Requirements: Must have completed A Fairy Tale Part I - Growing Pains Level 57 Herblore Level 49 Farming Level 40 Thieving Ability to defeat a level 145 foe.
Items Needed: Waterfilled vial, Fairy Nuff's Certificate (Or you will not be able to make it to Fairy Nuff and the Queen through the fairy rings), Pestle and mortar, Dramen staff, Armor, Weapon, and Food.

This is a pretty easy quest, goraks only hard bit, they can hit high at times so be prepared, and prayer doesnt work on them so dont rely on protect from melee.
